Our client is seeking a People Development Coach to manage training in line with the Company’s people development strategy, coordinating and providing training interventions and workshops for restaurant teams. To monitor and report on the progress of all trainees within their responsibility, thus ensuring talent and capability to feed the people pipeline, in close partnership with Ops partners. To assist the Ops partners with store audits to ensure compliance with ROCC.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all new appointees are trained successfully within the required timeframes.

  • Conducts monthly training audits in-store (including Training files, attendance registers, LTO & Legislation).

  • Identifies Skills/Training gaps on a monthly basis with the AC & the RGM.

  • Facilitates quarterly training interventions.

  • Coordinates all new TM Onboarding programmess.

  • Ensures 100% Training Certifications.

  • Daily ROCC visits to be conducted in store before a store is due for a visit.

  • Prep visits conducted during peak periods (Thus-Sat).

  • Weekend Assitance.

  • Draw up analysis after Ops store engagement with suggested interventions.

  • Conduct quick fire question hour in store.

  • Ensure that all collateral is up in stores (OCA).

  • Ensure completion of min x2 DSR - Product Checks pm.

  • Effective administration of the Vault and GEM Complies following reports:

    • Badge Reports (Bi-Weekly).

    • LTO Training (Weekly).

    • BKH Summary (Quarterly).

    • Month End Report (Monthly).

    • QBR Report.

    • Talent Mangement (Monthly on Poor Performance).

    • Succession Planning (Quarterly).

  • Capturing all required documentation on the sharepoint.

  • Identifying seccession candidates for the bench programme on a monthly basis.

  • Comply with the time frames of the Management Programme.

  • Maintain the 40/40/25 split for the Bench Programme.

  • Identify succession for the PDC role for the area on a Bi-annual basis or as needed.
