Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance function within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that products consistently meet high standards.
Responsibilities

Design and implement quality inspection and evaluation frameworks for products and production equipment.

Ensure compliance with industry and internal quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Track production workflows to verify quality at each stage and identify issues early.

Perform detailed inspections and eliminate sub-standard products, investigating root causes.

Lead and manage the quality team, including training and coaching of production line staff.

Manage quality audits, calibration sessions, and ensure consistent practices are followed.

Compile and distribute regular quality reports and analyses for management.

Drive technical quality solutions and provide performance insights to operations.

Collaborate with operations to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.

Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and documentation for quality processes.

Qualifications
