Our client is seeking two dynamic and driven Salespersons – Hunters to join their team in Blackheath. This role is focused on targeting specific, large-value WireWall high security fencing opportunities. The main stakeholders will be Quantity Surveyors, Purchasing departments, and Developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target large-value sales opportunities for WireWall high security fencing.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Quantity Surveyors, Purchasing departments, and Developers.

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to the closing of deals.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the WireWall products.

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven ability to prospect, identify opportunities, and close sales.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or security fencing industry.

  • Knowledge of WireWall high security fencing products or similar is a plus.

  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
