Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead the sales function. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and executing on strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure team success.

  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as needed.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
