Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of their retail outlet in Seychelles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.

• Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to brand guidelines.

• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Generate sales and performance reports for upper management.

• Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store events.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
