Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead their sales department and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing high-performing sales teams and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to effectively support the team and customers.

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
