Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Textile Representative to join their team in Cape Town. This role requires someone who is confident, personable, and passionate about sales and customer relationships within the textile industry.

Responsibilities:

• Visit existing and potential clients to promote textile products

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Manage client orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise

• Identify new business opportunities and markets

• Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions as required

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a sales route

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the textile or home décor industry

• Knowledge of home textiles is very advantageous

• A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle is essential

• Own cell phone required

• Must be willing to be out on the road daily
