Job Title: Business Development Associate (Entry-Level Healthcare Sales)

Orchard is seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Associate to support our healthcare staffing sales team by uncovering new business opportunities across the U.S. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, who’s ready to dive into sales within the healthcare staffing space.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and messaging to engage new contacts
• Qualify prospects based on need, interest, and timing
• Pass warm, qualified leads to the Business Development Representative team for full-cycle follow-up
• Track all outreach activity using the tools provided and maintain organized notes
• Support national sales and Marketing campaigns with timely follow-ups and insight

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to cold call and consistently connect with new contacts
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
