Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Graduate to join their team as a Sales Team Lead at their Springs facility. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in sales and a passion for leading teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a local sales team of six staff members.

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure performance targets are met.

• Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals.

• Provide regular coaching and support to the sales team.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate effectively with marketing, operations, and other departments

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of proven experience in a sales role (industry background is open).

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to work onsite full-time in Springs.
