Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg. This role is responsible for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Report on sales performance and forecast future sales.
