Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager (Food Services) based in Johannesburg to drive strategic partnerships and growth within the food services sector. The successful candidate will manage key customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts within the food services segment across South Africa.

  • Develop and execute customer account plans to meet sales targets and profitability goals.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company guidelines.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
