Our client a global tech firm is seeking a Financial administrator to join their team in Pretoria on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to SAP Finance, ensuring that contracts are adhered to, and services meet business needs
• Vendor management procurement and invoicing
• Tracking and tracing all IT related procurement, invoice and payments related flows to completion
• Applying and adhering to financial and operation controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks
• Must have knowledge of procurement processes
• Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations
• Support team in ensuring contracts/licensing and admin up to date
• Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
• Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks
• Assisting with budget cycles

Requirements

• Finance/Audit related Diploma/Degree would be advantageous
• High level of MS Office proficiency MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint experience preferred
• Experience on SAP software, invoice management processes and requisition management processes
• A minimum of 4 years' experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards
• Experience in financial & audit reporting
• Front Desk Management
