* An LLD in a sub-discipline in Public Law
* At least 10 years’ experience in a teaching, learning, supervision and research environment
* Demonstrated ability to produce research outputs, including accepted outputs in accredited journals (ideally at least 15 accredited outputs for professor position (journal articles, books, chapters in books, conference proceedings
* Demonstrated national and international recognition for learning and teaching, as well as research
* Demonstrated successful supervision experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, both LLM and LLD
* Demonstrated experience in Faculty/University leadership and/or management.
