Position: General Manager Location: Kloof Street, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the entire venue, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Lead and mentor staff across all departments, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financials, including budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Address any venue-related issues promptly and effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Maintain high standards of overall service and guest satisfaction.
  2. Achieve financial targets and manage budgets efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • High standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease.
  • A degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
